About Capricorn Media and Entertainment

Capricorn Media & Entertainment Pty Ltd (CME) was launched in January 2000 with it’s primary business concentrating on releasing and marketing of music CDs in all areas of the music genres and available through all good music outlets nationally.

Retail distribution for our catalogue is handled by the Melbourne based Shock Entertainment Group who are the largest independent distribution operation in this territory servicing all major retail accounts across Australia and New Zealand.

Late in 2004 it was decided that we would introduce DVD to the product base of the business, primarily concentrating in the sporting, general interest and nostalgia areas with a view to building and broadening the catalogue with unique and entertaining DVD programs on a regular basis and again distributed by Shock Entertainment through all good DVD and entertainment outlets both nationally and in New Zealand.

As a further service to you the consumer, it was decided to add another element, where you could shop from the comfort of home for our ever-growing DVD catalogue and hence the CME On-Line Store direct to you – we hope you enjoy the experience.
