Help Desk – FAQ’s

Below is a short description of how to shop with CME On-Line and the service we offer. You can always contact us via the contact tab on the home page which lists email & telephone details.

Shopping Trolley

To add items you have chosen from the various categories simply click on the ‘add’ tab below the item you wish to purchase and click on the continue shopping tab or if you have completed your shopping head directly to the checkout.

Completing Your Purchase

Once you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout from the trolley summary screen – confirm your order and delivery details – complete your payment details and you are done – it’s that simple. If you are a new user you will be prompted to create a member account and password before actually entering the checkout.

What Credit Cards Does CME On-Line Accept

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or payment via Cheque or Money Order.

Your credit card details are processed by eWay. CME uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card and personal information during every online transaction.

If I don't have a credit card? - are there are payment options?

Other payment options are available at the checkout function which will issue you with a printable invoice/order form for goods purchased which can then be mailed to CME with your payment. Please note if payment by Personal Cheque, Bank Cheque or Money Order, payment must clear through our banking partner prior to goods being dispatched.

Please note Money Order options are not available to International customers.

All prices on the CME On-Line site are shown in Australian Dollars.

My Order Has Been Declined

If you receive a declined order notification this means your bank has rejected your debit request on your credit card for a number of possible reasons. Some include incorrect expiry date, incorrect user information, insufficient funds, cancelled card or others. If this occurs and we are unable to process your order we will contact you via email with instructions on how to proceed further.

Will CME Supplied DVDs Play In Your Country?

Australian DVD’s are usually formatted in PAL and encoded for Region 4 unless stated otherwise on our website. You will notice a number of our discs are in fact encoded PAL All Region or Region 0 ensuring playability in other countries providing your DVD player and Television are PAL compatible. Please refer to the individual items page for this information.

What Are The Various Regions?

There are 6 Regions throughout the world:
Region 1 – Canada, United States & Its Territories
Region 2 – Japan, Europe, South Africa & The Middle East
Region 3 – Southeast Asia and East Asia
Region 4 – Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central & South America
Region 5 – Indian Subcontinent, Former Soviet Union & Africa
Region 6 – China

Our Website will list all the regions a DVD is compatible with by program. In the instance of All Region or Region 0 titles this means compatible in regions (1,2,3,4,5 6) with PAL compatible DVD players/TV.

CME On-Line Returns Policy

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us and we will arrange an exchange/replacement. An exchange/replacement will be made when we receive the incorrect or faulty item back at our Sydney premises.

Incorrect choice, unwanted gifts or a product damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of CME.

CME reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met.

CME uses Australia Post for all packages.
Domestic Rates,

Regular parcel $5.00, Express Post Parcel $8.00
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
International Rates,
New Zealand Flat Fee of $15.00
Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery
Rest Of World,
Flat Fee of $20.00
Please allow 7-20 working days for delivery.
